Does it cost anything to join the Pasta Points Rewards Program?
No. In fact, once you register and become a Pasta Points Rewards member, you will automatically receive our registration welcome gift – A FREE MINI DESSERT, redeemable on your next visit to Carino’s Italian.
How does the Pasta Points Rewards Program work?
You receive one point for every eligible pre-tax dollar you spend at any participating Carino’s Italian. Starting at the 100 point level and after registering your card, you can begin redeeming your points for rewards.
You recently made changes to Pasta Points. What has changed on my account?

What type of purchases or sales cannot earn Pasta Points?
Pasta Points cannot be earned for alcohol purchases, taxes, gratuities, and purchase of gift cards. Pasta Points are earned on purchases net of discounts and coupons.
Where do I get a Pasta Points card?
You can visit any of our participating Carino’s Italian locations and ask your server for a Pasta Points card. Please check here for our participating locations. You may also visit our website to register and immediately become a Pasta Points Rewards member with a temporary e-card number.
Do I have to register my Pasta Points card to get my rewards?
Yes, you must register your Pasta Points card to redeem your rewards. If your card is registered, you can go to this website and check your Pasta Point balance and view your rewards. You must have a minimum of 100 points to redeem your rewards. Unregistered cards will still accumulate points.
What is the Carino's Kid Pass and how does it work?
Carino's Kid Pass = 1 Free Kid's Meal per visit with Purchase of 1 Adult Entree.
When your Pasta Points card accumulates 400 Kids Eat Free points, it will automatically be awarded a Carino's Kid Pass. This pass entitles the cardholder to one free Kid's Meal per visit with one adult entree purchased at a participating Carino's Italian restaurant. Once earned, the Kid Pass will not expire unless there is a period of inactivity for six months or longer. Kid's Eat Free points are earned at the same time as Dining Credit points. Redeeming your Dining Credit rewards does not decrease your Kid's Eat Free points accrual. Unused kids meal rewards or Kid Pass points cannot be converted to Dining Credits or Pasta Points. Remember, this pass allows a maximum of one Free Kid's Meal per visit/per card, even if more than one adult entree is purchased.
If my friends and I all have Pasta Points cards and pay for our meal on one check, can we have the Pasta Points added to each of our cards based on what we ordered?
We cannot distribute or “split” Pasta Points originating from one guest check across multiple cards. However, if you ask for separate checks, your server can add points on each card from each separate check.
Do my rewards expire?
Dining Credit rewards expire 12 months after they are issued. The Kid Pass reward will not expire unless there is six months or longer of card inactivity. Other occasional or bonus reward opportunities may have varying expiration dates. Pasta Points do not expire.
What account information can I check online?
You can view your transaction history, check your account balance and edit your account information. Make sure your email address is included in your account so that you can receive notifications about our specials, promotions, opportunities for bonus Pasta Points, and latest news.
I registered for a card online and received a temporary e-card number. How do I get a physical Pasta Points card?
To receive a physical Pasta Points card with your permanent card number, simply take your temporary e-card number into any participating Carino's Italian restaurant. Your server will give you a Pasta Points card all your account information, including any points or rewards already earned, will be transferred to your new number.
What if I am having difficulty with registration or other issues not listed here?
If you have tried to register your card and are receiving an error message or a "not activated" message, please email your 16 digit Pasta Points card number and any pertaining details to pastapoints@carinos.com. We will be happy to assist you.
