Everyone likes to be rewarded and Carino’s has made it easier than ever.  As a Pasta Points member, you will earn a point for every dollar you spend and every point gets you closer to great rewards such as Dining Credits and an Annual Kid Pass.  Pasta Points members will also receive exclusive discounts and offers throughout the year.  

What has changed for the new Pasta Points program?
You will still earn one point for every dollar you spend at any participating Carino’s Italian restaurant.  But now it’s even easier to earn and redeem your rewards.  Instead of various levels of rewards which must be selected through the online Pasta Points Portal, you will earn rewards faster and those rewards will be automatically awarded to your Pasta Points cards.  No more signing into your account to select which reward you want to redeem!

What are the rewards?
In addition to other great rewards, you will receive a $10 Dining Credit for every 100 points accrued.  Rewards can be redeemed only at Carino’s Italian restaurants that participate in the Pasta Points program.  Please click on “About the Program” for complete rewards information.

What happens to points I already earned?
Accrued points will remain on your card. If there are more than 100 points on the card, $10 Dining Credits will be automatically added to your account for each 100 points.  Remaining points will remain on your card and continue to accrue.  Remember, though all activated cards can earn points, only registered cards can redeem rewards.

What happens to rewards I already earned?
Any unredeemed reward that had been added to your account is still there.  If you had previously selected a specific reward to be added to the card, and the reward has not yet been redeemed, that reward remains on the card as is.  We will not convert prior rewards, such as a lunch or dinner entrée, over to dining credits.

What happens to the Carino's Kid Pass?
When your Pasta Points card accumulates 400 Kids Eat Free points, it will automatically be awarded a Carino’s Kid Pass.  This pass entitles the cardholder to 1 free kid’s meal per visit with 1 adult entrée purchased at any participating Carino’s Italian restaurant.  Once earned, the Kid Pass will not expire unless there is a period of inactivity for six months or longer.  Kids Eat Free points are earned at the same time as Dining Credit points. Redeeming your Dining Credit reward(s) does not decrease your Kids points accrual.  Unused kids meals or Kids Eat Free points cannot be converted to Dining Credits or regular Pasta Points.  Remember, the Kid Pass allows only one free kid's meal per visit/per card, even if more than one adult entree is purchased. 

What are the other discounts and offers I will receive with Pasta Points?
Approximately once a month, a special reward opportunity will be sent out to all registered Pasta Points members.  Be sure you have registered your card and have enrolled in our eClub so you can stay informed of all the benefits of your Pasta Points membership.

Do I need a new Pasta Points card?
No, there is no need to obtain a new Pasta Points card.

When is the new and improved Pasta Points program effective?
All members will be automatically switched over to the new program effective Monday, January 31, 2011.
